Our practice specialises in treating anxiety, fears, stress, depressive symptoms, childhood traumatic experiences, ADHD, OCD, academic concerns and fear to fail, self-esteem issues, sensitivity to criticism, trust issues, and much more.
There are untapped strengths that lie within all of us. You will find yourself achieving a more fulfilling life once you gain a better understanding of who you are. We will work collaboratively with you to better understand what has been inhibiting you or has been standing in your way. From that, we will figure out how to break through these walls and dysfunctional patterns using your own inner strengths and resilience.
